Lemon + Mint Snap Pea Salad

⅓ cup olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon white balsamic vinegar

1 cup snap peas, sliced thin

¼ cup walnuts, chopped
feta cheese
tomatoes, chopped
