A straightforward cocktail with fresh-squeezed juice and a hint of thyme, The Simple Thymes is a refreshing way to keep cool when things start to heat up outside.
Simple Thymes Cocktail

2 oz Zubrowka Bison Grass Vodka
.75oz Thyme Simple Syrup
Fresh Grapefruit Juice
Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker. Double strain and serve up with a thyme garnish.
