Gin is by far my spirit of choice and Barr Hill Tom Cat Gin is no exception.
Barr Hill Tom Cat Gin, is a “gin made for the whiskey lover.” The new Bar Hill Reserve spirit marries the distillers earliest barrels from their old home in Hardwick, Vermont, with raw honey from beekeepers near their new home in Montpelier.

11⁄2 oz Barr Hill Gin
3⁄4 oz Sweet Vermouth
1⁄4 oz Maraschino Liqueur
3 dashes Angostura Bitters
1 Orange Peel
3⁄4 oz Sweet Vermouth
1⁄4 oz Maraschino Liqueur
3 dashes Angostura Bitters
1 Orange Peel
Stir all the liquid ingredients together, with ice, in a mixing glass and strain into a cocktail glass.
Top with the orange peel.

How does it taste if it is cold? Can we put it in the freezer for a few minutes? Have you ever tried it before?
