Starting with turkey at Thanksgiving, through cookies at Christmas and right on to champagne at New Years, the holidays are a nostalgic time of year when families come together to eat, drink and be merry! For those of us in charge of holiday meals this time of year can also be somewhat stressful. The Butternut Squash & Bacon Casserole I created for Farberware, using several pieces from their stylish 15 piece dishwasher-safe set, is a simple dish that will compliment most holiday meals. The casserole is prepared in advance and can be popped into the oven a mere hour before serving.
