Stops along the way include: a visit to Louie's Cafe, a local dining establishment, for breakfast. A jaunt through the Louisaina famous Red Stick Farmers Market, and a tasting tour of Tony's Seafood Market & Restaurant. There will also be a night of Chilling & Grilling at White Oak Plantation and a Pop-up beer brunch featuring local Tin Roof Brewing company & Chefs Jay Ducote and Chris Wadsworth.
The coup de gras of the weekend is Fete Rouge; a wine and food event showcasing over 200 wines and 40 local chefs competeing for the gold medal. I'm thrilled to be part of this wonderful experience and excited to try all of the extraordinary cusine indigenous to Louisiana.
