New Bar Concept To Debut At The Revitalized T. Cooks

This September the Royal Palms Resort will be "Stirring Curiosity" and "Mixing Up" imaginative drinks at the all new Mix Up Bar.  Along with it's revitalization of the infamous T.Cooks restaurant the hotel is expanding it's commitment to "surprise and delight" guests with this new bar concept.

The Mix Up Bar will serve "garden to glass" cocktails paralleling the fundamentals of Executive Chef McCabe's cooking style; both playful and out of the box. It will be an extension of the T.Cooks kitchen in that cocktails will be designed to enhance the dishes and vice versa.

Although it's currently still under construction; I was able to get a sneak peak of the space.

The Mix Up Bar will be taking over the old T.Cooks Lounge and even though the location is familiar the interior design and decor will be different. I'm told there will be lots of dark wood with striking gold, yellow accents and contemporary clean lines; creating an ambiance of intrigue.

Veterans of T.Cooks will be able to spot things here and there that have been carried over but for themost part it will be an all new expereince.

Creative genius behind all of this change is Haley Balzano of Bar Napkin Production. I've known Haley for quite a few years and expect nothing short of amazing from her and Bar Napkin. This is one to keep on your radar...see you there in September.
