Remin...Oh....at least you tried it,so now you know. Reminds me of the first time I tried to cook a whole turkey....on Christmas day. It took longer than I thought and by the time it was ready, I wasn't at all impressed. Since then, I get a turkey breast and play with it. Last year, I made a roulade and this year, I 'hasselbacked' it. Cheaper, quicker, less stressful and equally delish.
