I've baked our fa...The book sounds interesting. I've baked our family's bread for the past year - all of it. It takes a while to get used to bread being "day old" and not staying gooey soft like the bread purchased in the store. One day I baked 3 loaves thinking I would have bread for the week. One loaf wound up being bread crumbs for future stuffing.<br /><br /><br />I feel fairly accomplished with my bread baking skills now, so I'm going to go all in and start using sour dough starter instead of yeast.
